Founded in 1908 and with over a century of experience, CMB is specialized in infrastructures, civil buildings and hospitals construction. It combines huge production capabilities with the flexibility required to stay on top of an increasingly competitive and dynamic construction market.

Design, Construction and Management of large-scale works: CMB is a leader, guaranteeing its customers with quality and expertise in all processes and products. Over the years it has reinforced its excellent construction capabilities by improving its design, operation and management skills.

CMB has been active in the hospital field since the 90s with more than 50 hospitals in assets: new turnkey structures, extensions and renovations of functional hospitals, supply and installation of biomedical equipment and furniture. As a sole contractor or in partnership, CMB has promoted, designed and executed latest generation hospital facilities which respond to the latest trends and highest standards in terms of architecture, functionality and interior comfort. Latest awarded works, both located in Denmark, are the construction of the New Odense University Hospital, Lot DP03 “Knowledge Axis” and Lot DP04 “Treatment and Bed Units”, and the renovation and construction of the New Køge University Hospital.

From the 1990’s, CMB revealed a marked propensity towards the completion of complex structures and tall buildings, from the Tower of the Unipol headquarter in Bologna to the newest Hadid Tower in Milan, 170 m high with 43 floors, which will hosts the Generali Headquarter, and the nearby Libeskind Tower, 175 m high with 28 floors.
