Aurora is an Independent construction consultancy located in Stockholm, Copenhagen and London. We have been operating across the Nordic region continuously for over 12 years working for our clients in Cost Management, Project Control and Project Management disciplines.

We deliver tried and tested best practice process and procedures blended to the local market, language, culture and ways of working within each individual country across the Nordics. We operate in all Nordic languages in addition to English.

Aurora was established following the acquisition of the Nordic arm of the premium consultancy, Gardiner and Theobald. Utilising 180 years of globally tried and tested best practice, we are confident our process and procedures are the most effective at maintaining project budget controls and delivery models.

We believe in working closely with project teams to deliver innovative designs incorporating the right level of design flare and functionality to ensure an optimal product is delivered to meet with Client objectives. We are at ease delivering full Life Cycle Project Services – inception to completion, as we are providing individual service deliverables from small projects to mega-projects, new build, retrofits/ upgrades/expansions and shut-downs.

We place a strong emphasis on front end comprehensive execution planning to help set projects up for success, by integrating transparent definition, planning, monitoring, analysis and forecasting of projects. Our objective is to help clients execute each project to the established Time, Budget and Quality. Delivering certainty and managing risks appropriately is a part of our DNA and sets us apart in the Nordics.
